Pictures on the visa application form do not have to be expansive passport photo. You can take pictures using a digital camera, then take it to a local photo store and print it, or print on your printer with photo paper. However, pay attention to the size of the photo and head size in the photo.

Do not use ordinary paper to print your photo, that is not acceptable.

Always remember to sign your visa application form.

Money order may be purchased at local post office ($0.95) or
stores like Wal Mart for as little as 50 cents.

When copying documents, make one-sided copy only. If you use
double sided copy, the consulate officer may forget to look at information on the back side and cause delay or even deny your application.

If you apply for visa for your children for the first time, you need to provide documents from parents. Please attach one set of parent document for each child's application, otherwise we have to make copies for you and that may sometimes cause delay of applications of you or other people.

You shold not provide the embassy or consulate with a photocopy of my passport.Your must provide your actual passport.

If your child is traveling to China with you adn he/she cannot sign on his application; you can sign it on his/her behalf.

Usually,a Chinese visa is good for 90 days from the date of issue, which means, you can enter China Within 90 days (please note the time difference between China and the U.S.); and duration of stay is 30 days (It is written in the visa label), which means from the date of your entrance, you can stay in China for 30 days.
So if you are going to China on June 1, and the visa will expire on June 10. You can still stay in China for 30 days.

This form is strictly for those who will study in China over 1 year. If you are to stay in China for less than one year, you don’t have to see a doctor to fill it out.
